Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final within Jewelry, Custom Jewelry, Purses, Accessories & Perfume Collections.
At Wayy To Pretty, we do not accept refund or returns under any circumstances. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Exchanges
Exchanges within our clothing & shoe collections are within 7 days of receipt and for the same item for incorrect sizes only unworn, unused, with tags still attached and original packaging. Wayy To Pretty has the right to return originally purchased items if they aren't in the condition stated in the exchange policy.
Why We Have This Policy
For hygiene, quality control, and inventory reasons, all Wayy To Pretty collections Jewelry, Purses, Accessories, & Perfume collections are final. This includes any items found within these collections. This allows us to maintain the highest standards for our customers and ensure that every piece you receive is brand new, unworn and not damaged.

Product Disclosure
All jewelry sold on this site is gold plated unless otherwise stated. These items are not solid gold. Some handbags, accessories, shoes, perfumes and certain clothing items are not authentic and are not trying to pass as being authentic.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, with photo proof so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
